Who we are
50ft OÜ (“50ft”, “we”), registry code 16720009, Estonia, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you send a form: your name, email address, the link to your channel and whether you ticked the follow-up emails box. We also record which form you used, the language of the page, the niche you looked at on the page (if you picked one) and the campaign tags (utm_source and utm_campaign) of the link you arrived from, if any, so we can prepare the right screens and know which of our messages reached you. Nothing else from the page is sent.
In your browser only: your choices on this site (currency, follower count, niche, fit answers, language) are saved in your browser’s local storage so the page remembers them. Only the niche is included if you send the form; the rest is never sent to us.
Your country: our host, Cloudflare, tells the page which country you are visiting from so it can show prices in your currency. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
No cookies from us. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots.
Why we use it
To send you the concept screens or reply to your request, and to follow up about a possible partnership. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering you. If you tick the box on the form, we also send a few short emails about how creator apps work; the legal basis is your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Cloudflare also processes technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.
Who processes it
Loops (email delivery and contact management) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) process data on our behalf. Some processing may happen outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Apps we build
Apps we build for creators are published in the creator’s name. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country.
